MBV would like to congratulate all winners and nominees of the 2021 MBV Excellence in Housing Awards.
Recognising the high standard of excellence demonstrated throughout Victoria's residential building sector, the awards celebrate the highest level of craftmanship and dedication to the trade, displayed through the 2021 award nominated projects.
Originally rescheduled due to COVID-19 restrictions, the Awards event was successfully and safely hosted on Thursday, 20 January 2022, at the Palladium, Crown Casino. The event was hosted in strict adherence to COVIDSafe guidelines, with MBV team members, venue staff and attendees following established COVIDSafe protocols.
Presenting at the event MBV CEO Rebecca Casson congratulated the award winners saying "2021 was another challenging year for our residential builders dealing with the impacts of COVID-19.
But once again, the outstanding work of our members continued to be of the highest quality with many outstanding projects created over the year.
It is pleasing to see that our industry collectively, and with a great deal of discipline and commitment, managed to stay COVIDSafe and, for the most part, open for business.”
MC'd by Comedian Ed Kavalee, the event featured musical performances from the very talented Tim Campbell Band and Mary Catanchin.
We want to thank all attendees who were able to join us for the 2021 Awards and look forward to celebrating our 2022 Awards later this year!
